PLANNING MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGENT
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in aviation maintenance planning or aircraft maintenance operations
- Experience in a Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Organization or aircraft maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in aviation maintenance software such as:
- CAMP
- Trax
- SOMA
- Other Maintenance Tracking Systems
- Experience with ERP systems and maintenance planning tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aviation environment
Responsibilities:
- Forecast maintenance requirements based on flight schedules, aircraft utilization, and manufacturer recommendations
- Prepare and issue work packages and maintenance orders for line and base maintenance teams
- Coordinate with supply chain personnel and vendors to ensure availability of spare parts and resources
- Monitor aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements
- Optimize maintenance schedules to maximize aircraft availability and minimize downtime
- Coordinate fleet maintenance planning, flight operations, and crew scheduling activities
- Monitor maintenance status and respond to unexpected defects, delays, or operational changes
- Ensure compliance with aviation authorities and regulatory standards such as FAA, EASA, and other applicable regulations
- Generate maintenance reports, forecasts, and operational performance analyses
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and operational efficiency
