MRK is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client and company requirements. The Planning Engineer will support project execution through detailed scheduling, progress tracking, and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Experience with ARAMCO or major industrial projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports, including updates, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Perform critical path analysis and resource leveling to optimize project delivery.
  • Support project management in planning, coordination, and risk management activities.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation for internal and client reporting.
