PIPELINE FOREMAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • No formal educational requirement; practical experience is essential.
  • Male applicants preferred.
  • Specialized expertise in stationary booms, spider booms, and placing boom operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and hydraulic/mechanical systems for boom operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Oversight: Supervise the setup, stabilization, and daily operation of Stationary and Spider Placing Booms to ensure precise concrete delivery.
  • Crew Management: Lead and manage teams of operators, laborers, and technicians; assign daily tasks and monitor performance to meet production targets.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, including daily inspections of outriggers, hydraulic systems, and boom integrity.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors to ensure timely and efficient concrete placement.
  • Maintain records of equipment operation, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues on-site to minimize downtime.
