PASTRY MAKER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Maker or in a similar role
  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Knowledge of baking processes and industrial equipment operation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Must have a valid passport
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Responsibilities:

  • Weigh and measure precise amounts of baking ingredients using scales or measuring tools
  • Assess the quality of raw materials to ensure they meet production standards
  • Mix ingredients uniformly using industrial mixers and blenders
  • Knead dough manually or using kneading machines
  • Set and follow daily production schedules and quotas
  • Operate and maintain industrial baking and mixing equipment
  • Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and appearance
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
