PASTRY CHEF

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of proven working experience in pastry (French Patisserie)
• Must be knowledgeable in baking techniques and ingredients.
• Must have creativity and artistic flair in designing pastries aesthetically.
• Must be knowledgeable in creating & preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Must be competent in the development of seasonal & specialty pastry items.
• Must be flexible to work individually and in a team working closely with the Head Baker to meet production needs & quality standards.
• Must have a strong attention to detail & precision.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversees quality assurance, food hygiene, product changeover, or other food production KPI’s and supervise others who are conducting tasks as required.
• Newly renewed passport
• Good English communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 67,000.00 net monthly
• Forty-Eight (48) Hours per week
• Seasonal work for six (6) months. Contract is renewable for up to 5 years.
