ED & AR LTD. is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Paper Bag Machine Operators to join its production team in Albania. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining paper bag manufacturing machines, ensuring efficient production output while meeting strict quality, safety, and production standards.
Paper Bag Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Paper Bag Machine Operator.
- Must be a High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate holder in a related field.
- Proven experience operating V-bottom paper bag production machines is required.
- Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to detect defects and ensure high product quality standards.
- Attention to detail with strong focus on safety and production efficiency.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and follow strict production schedules.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate paper bag production machines, including V-bottom paper bag machines.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve required specifications and production output.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and quantity standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects, flaws, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Assist in loading and handling raw materials for production.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
