PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in removing dents, dings, and hail damage using paintless dent repair techniques.
• Skilled in using PDR rods, glue-pulling systems, specialized lighting, and other repair tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Remove minor dents, dings, and hail damage from vehicle body panels without the need for conventional bodywork or repainting.
• Inspect damaged vehicles to evaluate the size, depth, and location of dents and determine whether Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is the appropriate repair method.
• Safely remove and reinstall interior panels, trim, lights, and other components to access damaged areas.
• Use specialized PDR tools, metal rods, glue-pulling systems, and inspection lighting to restore vehicle panels to their original factory shape.
• Perform final inspections to ensure repairs meet company quality standards and that no visible distortions remain.
• Maintain PDR tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop personnel to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
• Follow company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and quality standards throughout the repair process.
