The Destination SPA is seeking skilled and dedicated Massage Therapists to provide exceptional wellness and spa services in Ghana. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering professional massage therapy and facial treatments while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, customer care, and guest satisfaction.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Massage Therapist.
  • Holder of a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
  • Proficient in massage therapy techniques and facial treatments.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Able to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Willing to participate in additional training and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of massage therapy treatments based on guests’ needs and preferences.
  • Provide professional facial treatments using appropriate techniques and spa products.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room before and after each service.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and guest care at all times.
  • Consult with guests to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Participate in on-site specialty treatment training as directed by management.
  • Promote a relaxing and welcoming spa environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and spa operating standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
