CRANE ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the crane field and heavy equipment as a Crane Electrician.
  • Should perform cranes and heavy equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with the OEM standards using diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Should be experienced in LR1100, LR1130, LR1160, LR1200, LR1280, LRLR1300, CKE900-1F, CKE1350, CKE1800, CKE2500-2, TEREX CC2400-1 , TEREX 1800, TEREX CC2800-1, TEREX CC2500-1, including LTM Cranes and AC Cranes.

Responsibilities:

  • The Crane Electrician inspects, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical systems on cranes, heavy vehicles, and other fleet equipment.
  • This role ensures all electrical systems and components operate safely and reliably, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company SHEQ standards.
  • Maintenance of electrical works of Cranes, Heavy Vehicles, and other equipment
  • Completion of relevant documentation in accordance with procedures.
  • Advising the Fleet Supervisor of any requirement for spare parts/consumables etc.
  • Wearing the PPE provided and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of electrical systems on cranes, heavy vehicles, and other equipment.
