PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a painter or in facility maintenance painting.
• Preferably 40 years old or below.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Perform touch-ups and finishing work to ensure high-quality results.
• Inspect painted surfaces and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment.
• Comply with safety procedures and proper handling of paint materials.
• Maintain records of completed painting projects and supplies used.

Requirements:

• Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
