OPERATOR (LAMINATION MACHINE)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • With basic communication skills
  • Experience with specific laminating equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Operate laminating presses, adjust settings, load materials, and monitor runs.
  • Select, prepare, and load correct films, adhesives, and substrates.
  • Perform frequent checks, identify defects, make adjustments (like adhesive weight), and ensure finished products meet standards.
  • Perform basic cleaning, minor repairs, and report issues to maintenance.
  • Complete production logs, quality data sheets, and enter data into databases.
  • Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and handle hazardous materials (adhesives) properly.
