NSE Solutions S.R.O. is seeking experienced Offset Printing Operators (Metal Packaging) to operate and monitor metal printing production lines in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up printing equipment, maintaining print quality, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that metal packaging products meet required specifications and quality standards.
OFFSET PRINTING OPERATOR (METAL PACKAGING)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the metal printing field.
- Preferably male applicants.
- Experienced in operating offset printing machines for metal packaging production.
- Knowledgeable in print registration, color adjustment, coating processes, and printing plate changes.
- Ability to monitor and control production equipment effectively.
- Able to read and understand drawings, cutting plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality output.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the production line according to the required sheet metal format and production specifications.
- Adjust print registration, color shades, and printing settings to achieve accurate results.
- Change and install printing plates as required for production runs.
- Operate and monitor the printing line through the control panel of the coating machine (printer).
- Continuously monitor firing temperature, paint viscosity, and coating quality during production.
- Perform regular quality checks on printed metal sheets and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Read and interpret drawings, cutting plans, and technical specifications.
- Identify and report production issues, machine abnormalities, or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with routine machine adjustments and production improvements.
