NURSE

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Nursing or a related field.
• Must have a valid Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) License.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing work experience.
• Nursing experience in various hospital areas is accepted, subject to the employer’s requirements.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and clinical safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Professional, compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing nursing duties.
• Female applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established hospital policies and nursing standards.
• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
• Recognize changes in patients’ conditions and promptly report significant findings to physicians or senior nursing staff.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, treatments, procedures, and surgery as required.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
• Implement appropriate nursing care plans based on patients’ individual needs.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, procedures, and health management.
• Maintain proper infection prevention and control practices.
• Ensure safe handling, administration, storage, and documentation of medications.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in emergency and life-saving interventions within the scope of nursing practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patients’ privacy, dignity, and rights.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient-care environment.
• Comply with hospital policies, Saudi healthcare regulations, occupational safety standards, and professional nursing requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and continuing professional development activities.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the hospital or nursing management.
