STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
• Holds a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or an equivalent licensing authority.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a General Nurse or Derma Nurse.
• Applicants with or without DataFlow verification and Prometric examination results are welcome, subject to the employer’s and Saudi licensing authority’s requirements.
• Knowledgeable in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures.
• Skilled in performing physical assessments and monitoring patients’ health conditions.
• Familiar with diagnostic testing procedures and established clinical protocols.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety, and proper handling of medical equipment.
• Experience in dermatology clinics, general nursing, or operating room settings is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate, professional, responsible, and able to work effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and evaluate patients’ general health conditions.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe changes in their health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to established nursing protocols.
• Assist doctors during medical examinations, consultations, and clinical procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests and nursing procedures in accordance with approved clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all aspects of patient care are properly addressed.
• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and medical procedures and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Ensure that medical instruments and equipment are clean, properly maintained, and ready for use.
• For operating room assignments, check and prepare required equipment and supplies before surgical or medical procedures.
• Provide patient education regarding prescribed treatments, medication use, and appropriate health practices.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures, patient safety standards, and clinic policies.
