Japan Industrial Testing Co. Ltd. is seeking a skilled NDT Inspector (Level II) to perform non-destructive testing inspections and ensure the quality and integrity of industrial materials and components in Japan. The NDT Inspector will work independently using approved testing methods and provide accurate documentation and evaluation of results.

NDT INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or technical field.
• Certification in NDT methods (e.g., ASNT Level I/II).
• Practical experience in non-destructive testing inspection work.
• Ability to interpret codes, standards, and technical documents related to NDT inspections.
• Knowledge of ASNT 9712 Level II certification requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections independently as a Level II technician using approved methods such as
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
• Interpret and evaluate test results according to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of test results and findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Properly handle, maintain, and manage NDT equipment and tools to ensure accurate inspection results and safe working conditions.
• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site safety rules.
