MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have a valid Crane Operator Certification from ARAMCO and TUV.
• Proven experience operating cranes and other heavy lifting equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, lifting plans, and load charts.
• Strong knowledge of crane operation, rigging safety, load capacity, and lifting procedures.
• Physically fit with sufficient strength, stamina, coordination, and dexterity to operate cranes and work around heavy loads.
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively with the lifting team and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes and other lifting equipment to safely move, lift, and position heavy materials and objects at construction sites and other work locations.
• Perform daily inspections of cranes, rigging equipment, lifting accessories, and safety devices to ensure proper functionality and safe operating conditions.
• Review load requirements and select appropriate lifting equipment, rigging, and lifting methods.
• Read and interpret blueprints, lifting plans, diagrams, and crane load charts to ensure safe and accurate lifting operations.
• Communicate effectively with riggers, signalmen, supervisors, and other site personnel during lifting activities.
• Follow approved lifting procedures, safety regulations, site rules, and company policies.
• Monitor crane stability, load capacity, ground conditions, and surrounding work areas during operations.
• Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and maintenance requirements immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain crane and lifting equipment in clean and safe operating condition.
• Perform other lifting and crane operation duties as assigned.
