NSE Solutions S.R.O. is seeking skilled and experienced Metal Printing Operators to operate and manage metal printing production processes in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up printing equipment, adjusting printing parameters, monitoring production operations, and ensuring high-quality output of printed metal products.
METAL PRINTING OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the metal printing field.
- Preferably male applicants.
- Experienced in operating and setting up metal printing or coating machines.
- Knowledge of sheet metal printing processes, color adjustment, print registration, and coating applications.
- Ability to monitor production parameters and maintain consistent product quality.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and cutting plans.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing printing operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Adjust and set the complete painting and printing setup according to the required sheet metal format.
- Set the production line based on specified sheet metal dimensions and production requirements.
- Adjust print registration, color shades, and printing settings to achieve accurate and consistent results.
- Change and install printing plates as required for different production runs.
- Operate and control the printing line through the control panel of the coating machine (printer).
- Monitor firing temperature, paint viscosity, and coating quality throughout the production shift.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain product quality and identify production issues.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting plans, and production specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments and coordinate with the production team to maintain efficient operations.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized production area.
