Metal Machinist

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Metal Machinist (CNC and/or manual).
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, or similar systems), 5-axis machining experience is highly regarded.
  • Skilled in using manual machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with high accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Valid passport and readiness with visa processing documents (NBI clearance, employment and school records, police clearance, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program CNC machines (lathes, milling, grinding) and/or manual machining equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
  • Measure, test, and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain precision.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Select, set up, and use appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet production targets.
