MEP Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Proven experience working as an MEP technician or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical circuits, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
• Carry out electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting for power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sewage.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular testing and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians on site to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow all safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance work.
• Document work performed, maintain records, and report any deviations or malfunctions.
• Assist in commissioning and handover processes for newly installed systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs
