Outdoor Cleaner

Qualifications:

Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum of 3 years working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Must possess Safety or Hazard-related certificates.
Experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and outdoor maintenance work is preferred.
Knowledgeable in maintaining cleanliness and safety of walkways, parking lots, driveways, patios, decks, and building facades.
Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
Physically fit and capable of performing heavy outdoor cleaning tasks.
Willing to work primarily outdoors and exposed to weather conditions and environmental noise.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of exterior areas including walkways, parking lots, and building facades.
Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, driveways, decks, patios, and other outdoor surfaces to remove dirt, mold, stains, and debris.
Remove litter, leaves, seasonal debris, and other waste materials from exterior spaces.
Operate pressure washing machines, cleaning equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect exterior areas and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and cleaning equipment.
Support general outdoor maintenance activities as assigned by supervisors.
