Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, including order picking and forklift operation
• TESDA Forklift NCII certificate is required
• Not more than 35 years old
• Able to operate RF terminals and/or Voice Systems
• Knowledge in proper stacking, handling, and palletizing of goods
• Experience in cold storage areas is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare goods according to orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse (TESDA Forklift NCII certificate required)
• Use RF terminals and/or Voice Systems for picking tasks
• Ensure proper stacking, handling, and palletizing of goods
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies
• Work in cold storage areas as required (advantage if experienced)
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
