We are seeking skilled and experienced Marine Electricians to join Zamil Shipyards in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment onboard vessels and within shipyard facilities.

Marine Electrician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Electrician in shipyard, marine, offshore, or heavy industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and distribution systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical faults in shipboard systems and equipment
• Skilled in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with safety standards and marine electrical regulations
• Physically fit and able to work in shipyard and marine environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and challenging conditions

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring onboard ships and marine equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in shipboard systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and components
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and ensure proper functionality
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, panels, switches, and control systems
• Assist in electrical installation works during ship construction and repair projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and marine electrical regulations
• Coordinate with mechanical and other technical teams during repair and maintenance work
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and organized condition

• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
