MANUFACTURING WORKER (ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Experience in a Manufacturing or Production Industry is required. - Experience in Steel, Metal, Aluminum Manufacturing, or Construction industries (including steel works or structural fabrication) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills in English or Arabic.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment used in manufacturing operations.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective repair solutions to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines and equipment to identify potential issues before failure occurs.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new production equipment.
- Replace defective electrical and mechanical components according to maintenance procedures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and maintenance instructions.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment service logs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and maintenance teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other production and maintenance-related duties as assigned by management.
