Management Accountant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management in decision-making
• Conduct cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in cash flow management and financial planning.
• Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance and cost- saving strategies
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Utilize ERP software for financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
