LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Agriculture, Architecture/Urban Studies, or related fields.
• Experience in Landscape Architecture and gardening for residential and recreational sites.
• Experience working in desert or arid environments.
• Ability to design and develop landscape plans and site layouts.
• Strong knowledge of plant selection, irrigation systems, and outdoor design principles.
• Ability to present recommendations, plans, and design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices is an advantage.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop landscape architecture plans for residential and recreational projects.
• Supervise implementation of landscaping works on site.
• Plan and manage planting layouts, irrigation systems, and green space development.
• Select appropriate plant species suitable for desert and arid climates.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Provide technical advice and design recommendations to clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Prepare design reports, drawings, and presentation materials.
• Ensure quality and sustainability of completed landscaping projects.

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
