Oodles Wok is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Male Service Crew (Waiter) to join its team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant.
MALE SERVICE CREW (Waiter)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards at all times.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant operations as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the employer.
