Millenia Shoes Factory and Safety Tools is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of factory machinery and equipment used in footwear manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and carrying out repairs to minimize downtime and support continuous production.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants.
• High School Diploma or a relevant Vocational Certificate.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing footwear manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of machinery such as Toe Lasting, Seat Lasting, Sole Pressing, Counter Moulding, Chillers, Heat Setter, and GUSBI Rotary Line.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of factory machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain and repair footwear manufacturing equipment, including:
  • Toe Lasting Machines
  • Seat Lasting Machines
  • Sole Pressing Machines
  • Counter Moulding Machines
  • Chillers
  • Heat Setter Machines
  • GUSBI Rotary Line
• Replace worn or defective machine parts and components as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with production personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
