We are seeking skilled and experienced Machinists to join Zamil Shipyards in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machine tools to fabricate, modify, and repair precision metal parts used in shipbuilding and marine equipment.

Machinist

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Machinist in shipyard, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Skilled in operating machine tools such as lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, and CNC machines (if applicable)
• Knowledge of metal cutting, shaping, and finishing processes
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial shipyard conditions
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules and demanding environments

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machine tools to produce precision metal components
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for machining work
• Set up machines and adjust tools for production requirements
• Perform cutting, shaping, drilling, and finishing of metal parts
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Carry out repair and modification of mechanical components as required
• Maintain machines, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition
• Follow shipyard safety procedures and quality standards at all times
• Coordinate with engineers and other technical staff for fabrication requirements
• Report machine issues or production concerns to supervisors

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
