Machine Operator / Sterilization Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a Machine Operator, Sterilization Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Must be at least a High School Graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to accept constructive criticism and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain industrial production and sterilization machinery.
- Operate equipment that heats and processes metal materials through dies to produce components according to specifications.
- Perform metal shaping operations using industrial machinery that applies high compressive force to manufacture durable parts.
- Apply protective, decorative, or functional finishes to metal components, including paint, powder coating, or other surface treatment processes.
- Inspect machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
- Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and quality control standards.
- Observe all workplace safety, hygiene, and company regulations while operating machinery.
- Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
