iPack is hiring a Machine Operator (Paper Die Cutting Section) responsible for operating die cutting and finishing machines used in paper and packaging production. The role ensures accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of materials in accordance with production standards and quality requirements.
MACHINE OPERATOR (Paper Die Cutting Section)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in die-cutting or related packaging machine operation.
- Experience in operating Bobst NOVACUT 106 E is required.
- Experience in manual die-cutting and hot stamping machines is required.
- Strong knowledge of paper cutting, shaping, and finishing processes.
- Ability to monitor product quality and perform machine adjustments.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up Bobst NOVACUT 106 E die-cutting machine.
- Handle manual die-cut machines to cut, shape, and crease paper and packaging materials.
- Operate hot stamping machines for finishing and branding applications.
- Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and calibration before production runs.
- Monitor machine operations to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Follow production schedules and meet required output targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in the production area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for technical support when needed.
