Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in machine operation and maintenance.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in mechanical, industrial, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs efficiently to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain the safety, functionality, and efficiency of all mechanical equipment and machinery used in production.
• Monitor machinery performance and identify potential problems before they cause production delays.
• Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and operational procedures.
