Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior colleagues in performing their tasks to maintain optimal plant operation and ensure high-quality production.
• Support daily manufacturing activities and help keep production lines running smoothly.
• Follow instructions and contribute to maintaining safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment.
• Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and routine maintenance as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet company standards.
