FACTORY WORKER / TECHNICIAN II

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Engineering industry
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Engineering-related field
  • Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Willing and able to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing jumpsuits, safety helmets, and safety shoes
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work shifts, including Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Must be able to support 12-hour rotating shift work

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components to build machines in accordance with required specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions
  • Conduct functional testing and leak testing; identify defects or errors and perform rework when necessary
  • Report technical issues and assist engineers in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities
  • Understand and strictly follow cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures
  • Practice and maintain the 5S concept within the cleanroom and work areas
  • Perform housekeeping duties and comply with manufacturing discipline, safety, and quality standards
