We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen while supporting smooth daily operations in a fine dining environment.
Kitchen Steward
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and manual tasks
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas
- Assist in proper disposal of waste and kitchen garbage following hygiene standards
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when needed
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries
- Report maintenance or equipment issues to supervisors
- Support overall kitchen operations to ensure a clean and efficient working environment

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
