KITCHEN HELPER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or food and beverage service is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, attentive, and professional when dealing with guests.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Good knowledge of basic table-service and dining-area procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure they are comfortably seated in their assigned tables.
• Provide water, menus, and initial table service as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining tables throughout the meal.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils promptly and reset tables when necessary.
• Refill water and beverages and respond to guests’ additional service requests.
• Present bills to customers and assist with payment procedures when required.
• Monitor guests’ needs throughout their dining experience and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Listen to customer concerns or complaints and address them politely and professionally.
• Report unresolved customer concerns or service issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Follow restaurant standards for customer service, hygiene, safety, and proper table-service procedures.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
