KSK Company is seeking motivated and skilled Junior HVAC Workers to support HVAC installation and maintenance activities for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Junior HVAC Worker
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior HVAC Worker, HVAC Helper, or similar role in construction or building services projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is an advantage.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, piping systems, and equipment handling.
- Ability to read and understand basic HVAC drawings and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools, HVAC materials, and construction site safety practices.
Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey. - Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems under the supervision of senior technicians and supervisors.
- Support installation works for air conditioning units, ventilation systems, ductwork, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, insulation, and related HVAC components.
- Perform basic HVAC tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials according to project requirements.
- Assist in duct installation, pipe fitting, equipment mounting, and preparation of HVAC systems for testing and commissioning.
- Read and understand basic HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical instructions.
- Assist senior HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, maintenance, and corrective works.
- Ensure proper handling and use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
- Follow project quality standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with HVAC technicians, supervisors, and other construction teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
