INTERMEDIATE TEACHER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching experience, preferably at the intermediate level.
• Professional teaching license is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students with diverse learning abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using educational technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administrators.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and educational excellence.
• Willing to work in Qatar under the employer’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor students’ academic progress through quizzes, examinations, projects, and other assessment methods.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that address diverse learning needs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Provide academic support, guidance, and constructive feedback to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school administrators to improve instructional practices and student outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ academic performance and behavior.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, grades, and academic reports.
• Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, child safeguarding standards, and educational regulations.
