Instrument Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical and Instrument Technician.
• Proven experience in maintenance operations and oil & gas industry is required.
• Candidates must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair problems involving motors, circuit breakers, control panels, and related systems.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related fields.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, circuit breakers, control panels, and related systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation systems, control circuits, and electrical components.
• Perform testing, calibration, and adjustments of instruments and control devices.
• Identify equipment faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to support operational requirements.
