Quality Choice is seeking qualified and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join its team in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting daily food service operations.

SERVICE CREW

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Physically fit and able to perform service-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, provide friendly assistance, and create a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with menu selections, provide recommendations, and respond politely to inquiries or concerns.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
• Coordinate with kitchen or production staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, workstations, and service areas.
• Wipe tables, sweep floors, dispose of trash, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including restocking supplies and rotating stock.
• Support basic food preparation activities such as preparing dishes, beverages, and garnishes.
• Follow company procedures, food safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
