Changwon Corporation Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Instrument Inspector to oversee quality inspections and verification of instrumentation works for electrical construction projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting installations, testing activities, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, inspection procedures, and quality control practices, with proven experience in Electrical Construction projects.
INSTRUMENT INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
- Must have a VALID TRC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as an Instrument Inspector.
- Proven experience in Electrical Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, installation standards, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics, and instrument documents.
- Experience with quality inspection, testing, and documentation in industrial construction environments.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality control requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Verify that instrument works comply with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect instrument devices, cable installations, terminations, supports, and related components.
- Review and interpret instrument drawings, electrical diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical documents.
- Conduct quality checks and prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and related documentation.
- Monitor testing, calibration, and functional checks of instrumentation systems.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with site teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with company procedures, project requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors regarding inspection requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and project documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
