NBTC Saudi Arabia is seeking a QC Inspector – Static to ensure quality control and compliance for static equipment and piping systems in industrial and oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will inspect, monitor, and verify that all static equipment installations meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

INSPECTOR – QC (Static)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QC Inspector for static equipment or hydrotest piping in industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of hydrostatic testing procedures, static equipment installation, and QA/QC standards.
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with QA/QC reporting procedures and documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
• Certification in QC inspection, NDT, or related standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect static equipment and associated piping systems during installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, datasheets, and specifications to ensure proper installation and alignment of equipment.
• Conduct inspections on welds, flanges, supports, and other static components.
• Identify non-conformances and prepare reports, including NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and promote a culture of quality.
