Mandurah and South Western Glass Pty. Ltd is hiring experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians for deployment in Australia. The company is seeking skilled technical professionals who can install, service, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong experience in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and system commissioning in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

HVAC & REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• At least 1 year in college or vocational graduate may be waived from IELTS/PTE English test requirements.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, controls, and mechanical components.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction and industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Install ductwork, air handlers, condensers, evaporators, chillers, fan coil units, and ventilation equipment.
• Install thermostats, control systems, sensors, and other HVAC components.
• Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, mechanical standards, and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipment.
• Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and system performance.
• Ensure proper installation of mechanical and electrical components for system efficiency.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
