NBTC Saudi Arabia is looking for a QC Inspector – Rotating Equipment to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of all rotating machinery used in industrial, oil & gas, and construction projects. The role involves inspecting, testing, and monitoring equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning to meet project specifications and industry standards.

INSPECTOR – QC (Rotating Equipment)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QC Inspector for rotating equipment in industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery, alignment, testing procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment datasheets.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and reporting procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Certification in QC inspection, NDT, or relevant rotating equipment standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the installation, alignment, and operation of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Review technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications for correct installation and operation of rotating machinery.
• Conduct inspections, functional tests, and vibration analysis to assess performance and identify issues.
• Prepare inspection reports, highlight non-conformances, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor adherence to QA/QC procedures and promote a culture of quality and safety on-site.
