INDUSTRIAL BLASTER PAINTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of overseas experience as an Industrial Blaster Painter.
  • Must have 3 years of verifiable employment documents matching the position.
  • High School Level applicants are welcome to apply.
  • IELTS or PTE passer.
  • Good English comprehension and communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial, construction, marine, oil and gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial projects.
  • Strong site-based experience in abrasive blasting and industrial painting operations.
  • Experience in both surface preparation and protective coating application.
  • Knowledge of industrial painting standards, coating systems, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to operate blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation on steel, metal, and industrial structures.
  • Apply industrial coatings, primers, epoxy systems, and protective paints according to project specifications.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, masking, and removing rust, scale, old coatings, and contaminants.
  • Operate blasting machines, spray-painting equipment, compressors, and related tools safely.
  • Inspect prepared surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion and quality standards.
  • Mix and apply paints, coatings, and protective materials according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct coating thickness checks and quality inspections during and after application.
  • Follow site safety requirements, environmental regulations, and PPE procedures at all times.
  • Maintain blasting and painting equipment in good working condition.
  • Complete work documentation and communicate project progress to supervisors.
