International Medical Center Hospital is seeking qualified and experienced ICU Nurses for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, closely monitor their condition, and respond promptly to medical emergencies.

ICU Nurse

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Must hold a valid Professional Nursing License and have passed the required professional licensure examination.
• Previous ICU or critical-care nursing experience is strongly preferred.
• Preferably with DataFlow verification.
• Preferably with SCFHS Specialist License.
• Strong patient assessment and critical-care nursing skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond quickly to changes in critically ill patients.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Compassionate, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
• Identify changes in patients’ conditions and promptly report significant findings to physicians and nursing supervisors.
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to medical emergencies and critical patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physicians’ orders and hospital protocols.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment and assist with advanced patient-care procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in managing critically ill patients.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and critical-care protocols.
• Provide emotional support and appropriate information to patients’ families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized ICU environment.
• Prepare and complete documentation required for patient transfer out of the ICU.
• Coordinate patient transfers with other hospital departments and healthcare teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by nursing management.
