Abdullah A Al Barrak & Sons Co. is seeking a highly experienced Hydrojetting Incharge to oversee hydrojetting and high-pressure water jetting operations for industrial shutdown and turnaround maintenance projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead hydrojetting teams, ensure the safe and efficient execution of cleaning operations, and maintain compliance with client requirements, company policies, and international safety standards.

HYDROJETTING INCHARGE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Hydrojetting Incharge, Hydrojetting Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in high-pressure water jetting (hydrojetting) operations.
• Experience as a Department Head, Supervisor, or Incharge for hydrojetting teams is required.
• Must have experience in shutdown and turnaround maintenance projects, preferably in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydrojetting equipment, industrial cleaning techniques, and HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding industrial environments.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all hydrojetting and high-pressure water jetting operations during shutdown and turnaround projects.
• Lead and coordinate hydrojetting crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within project schedules.
• Plan and organize hydrojetting activities in accordance with approved work procedures and client specifications.
• Ensure all hydrojetting equipment is properly inspected, maintained, and operated in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks before commencing work.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, maintenance teams, and client representatives to support project requirements.
• Prepare daily work reports, equipment inspection records, and operational documentation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and supervision to hydrojetting personnel.
