Job Vacancy: Junior HVAC Worker

Job Location: Turkey
KSK Company is seeking skilled HVAC Workers to support the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
HVAC Worker
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Worker, HVAC Technician, or similar position in construction or building services projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, piping systems, equipment handling, testing, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, technical documents, and installation procedures.
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, materials, and construction safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other trades.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, ductwork, piping systems, and related mechanical equipment.
- Perform installation works for ducting, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, insulation, supports, and HVAC components.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, mechanical layouts, and technical specifications.
- Carry out equipment installation, alignment, connection, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Ensure proper installation and operation of HVAC equipment according to project requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with HVAC Foremen, engineers, technicians, and other construction teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Assist in system testing, balancing, and final commissioning activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
