We are looking for an experienced HVAC Chiller Technician / HVAC Engineer with strong hands-on experience in the commissioning, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of HVAC chillers, particularly application chillers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient HVAC system performance, supporting project implementation, and supervising workers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in HVAC systems, particularly chiller operation and maintenance.
- Must have hands-on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of HVAC chillers.
- Experience with application chillers is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering (Others) or a related field.
- Must have the ability to supervise workers and manage project schedules and timelines.
- Knowledge of heating and cooling load analysis is required.
- Ability to prepare and interpret HVAC plans, schematics, and flow diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting, technical, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a technical or project team.
- Male applicants are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC chiller systems, particularly application chillers.
- Inspect, test, and monitor chiller equipment to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and carry out appropriate corrective actions.
- Supervise labor forces and coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage project timelines and monitor work progress to meet established deadlines.
- Conduct heating and cooling load analysis to determine appropriate HVAC system requirements.
- Prepare detailed HVAC plans, schematics, flow diagrams, and system layouts.
- Assist in HVAC system installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, engineers, and other project personnel during HVAC works.
- Ensure HVAC activities comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and maintain system performance.
- Prepare or assist with technical reports, maintenance records, commissioning documentation, and project updates.
