Job Location: Turkey
KSK Company is seeking experienced HVAC Foremen to supervise and manage HVAC installation teams for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
HVAC Foreman
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct installation, piping systems, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, mechanical layouts, and technical specifications.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with international HVAC standards and construction site safety practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians, installers, and helpers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of HVAC works.
- Interpret HVAC drawings, ducting layouts, mechanical plans, and technical specifications to organize and assign work activities.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, ductwork, piping, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper installation of ductworks, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, and HVAC components according to project requirements.
- Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, material usage, and compliance with project schedules.
- Conduct inspections and ensure HVAC installations meet quality standards, design requirements, and approved procedures.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, site supervisors, electricians, pipe fitters, and other construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in system testing, balancing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe working practices on site.
- Prepare daily reports regarding work progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
