HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience in human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in Human Resources are an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.
• Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement and retention.
